Can't wait to come back, the hotel was immaculately clean, and location in an area worth exploring was good. No complaints whatsoever, really, had a very pleasant stay for a week during a recent business trip: )

All of the staff were welcoming and pleasant. the hotel was near the center, the exhibition hall, and the outskirts of town. - A huge variety of restaurants close by, like L'instant Pizza, which was only a 20-minute walk away.

We loved having breakfast in the restaurant.

the staff were really helpful and attentive and had a sense of humour. i had brand-new and a decent size room complete with restaurant facilities, bar, bottled water.

I am very demanding in terms of cleanliness of the hotel rooms. This was the first time I have found a small hotel so clean. The staff was also very very nice.

The room was excellent having been recently refurbished. Breakfast was the best we had on a 4 week trip round europe. Manager was most helpfull in getting our motorcycle into a secure position at rear of hotel. Excellent all round.

I would suggest installing hanging space within the room for clothing.

Cozy rooms with nice decorations, and the staff was super friendly 👌. the food here was good, and they had a wide variety of meals to choose from.

The staff were very hepful and pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed and the location was safe and peaceful. The food was good and the service was first rate. We were staying in the area in order to visit some of our family war grave sites nearby and I am pleased that we chose this hotel as it suited perfectly.

Great breakfast! This is near Mons, Belgium, which was where we wanted to stay, but hotels there were booked up.

Initally there was no a/c in the room. Then after a complaint, it was turned on. The next morning I tried to explain to the staff that the air conditioning thermostat was not working, but they didn't seem to understand. It ran full cold and I had to keep getting up at night to turn it off and then back on as needed to cool the room. When we got there the rest of the hotel seemed to be too cold. Later in the evening they had all the doors open to let it warm up.

The service is excellent, the room is well-kept and nicely decorated, with complimentary bottled water and a minibar, all in a great location near restaurants and a concert hall.

Good breakfast, nice staff, good TV, good shower, clean, window can be opened, quiet, free parking space, free WLAN.

Hotel is somewhat isolated from the centre and the hotel room is small.

our recent stay in maubeuge was simply wonderful. the staff at best western exceeded our expectations with their friendly and welcoming service. the dinner and breakfast were delicious, and as a family, we felt truly taken care of.
